ClickBridge is an affiliate network for mobile and manufactured housing. We connect homebuyers with top manufacturers, and pay affiliates a commission on every completed sale they refer.

Affiliates share unique tracking links. When a buyer clicks through and purchases a home structure, the affiliate earns a commission. ClickBridge handles all tracking, fraud detection, and payouts.

Commissions are earned on completed sales of Personal Property Homes only. Eligible structures include manufactured, tiny, prefab, dome, log, modular, container, and park model homes.

Commissions are never applied to land, real property, or any transaction component other than the home structure itself. If a sale includes both a home and land, the commission is calculated solely on the structure portion.

A commission becomes "earned" once a qualifying sale is confirmed by the manufacturer. Pending commissions are subject to reversal until the payout cycle closes.

All affiliate payouts are processed via Stripe — payments go directly to your bank account. Once a commission is confirmed and the payout cycle closes, ClickBridge initiates the transfer automatically.

Payouts are typically processed within a few business days of the cycle closing. You can track your pending and paid commissions from your affiliate dashboard.

Note: A valid W-9 form must be on file before payouts can be issued. You can submit your W-9 from the Tax Info page.

Yes, joining is completely free. There are no signup fees, monthly charges, or hidden costs. You apply, get approved, and start sharing links immediately.

We also offer a Premium tier with additional features like priority placement and advanced analytics, but the base affiliate program costs nothing.

No. ClickBridge affiliates are not acting as real estate agents. You are referring potential buyers to manufacturers via tracking links. You do not negotiate sales, handle contracts, or represent buyers or sellers.

Commissions are paid for personal property (home structures), not real property transactions. However, affiliates should review their local regulations to ensure compliance.

After approval, you can generate unique tracking links for any manufacturer in the directory. When someone clicks your link, ClickBridge:

• Records the click with a 180-day attribution cookie
• Redirects the visitor to the manufacturer's listing page
• Uses last-click-wins attribution if multiple affiliates refer the same buyer

Links are valid for 365 days from creation. You can track clicks and conversions in real time from your dashboard.

The FTC requires that affiliates clearly disclose their financial relationship when promoting products. Whenever you share a ClickBridge tracking link, you must include a disclosure such as:

"I may earn a commission if you purchase through this link."

You get qualified, trackable leads without spending on traditional advertising. Every click is logged, and conversions are verified before commissions are paid.

ClickBridge operates on a pay-for-performance basis. You only pay a commission when a verified sale is completed through an affiliate's referral link. There are no upfront fees, no monthly charges for basic listings, and no cost for clicks or impressions.

Commission rates are set per manufacturer and can be adjusted at any time from your manufacturer dashboard.

Getting listed is straightforward. Contact our team at clickbridge@polsia.app with your company details, and we'll set up your manufacturer profile and product listings.

Once live, your products appear in the manufacturer directory where affiliates can browse and generate tracking links. You can also apply for Featured placement for priority visibility.

This is a deliberate legal and operational choice rooted in Texas law. Here's the plain-English version:

• Mobile and manufactured homes are personal property under Texas law. They're regulated by the Texas Department of Housing and Community Affairs (TDHCA), not the Texas Real Estate Commission (TREC). This distinction matters a lot.
• No real estate license required. Because these are personal property transactions — not real estate — ClickBridge and its affiliates can operate as a lead generation and advertising platform without needing a Texas Real Estate License (TRELA). Site-built homes and land sales would require that license.
• Simpler transactions. Personal property home purchases are handled directly between buyer and manufacturer. No escrow agents, no title searches on land, no real estate attorneys required. Cleaner, faster, more transparent.
• Clear commission structure. Since land is out of the picture (or kept separate), commissions are calculated on the home structure price only — there's no ambiguity about what the affiliate earned on.

In short: ClickBridge stays in its lane — personal property lead generation — which is legally clean, affiliate-friendly, and better for buyers who want straightforward home purchases without real estate complexity.
