After your application is approved, log into your affiliate dashboard. From there you can generate tracking links for any manufacturer in the directory.
Each link is uniquely tied to your account and carries your affiliate ID. When you share a link, that click is recorded and attributed to you.
Your links follow the format https://clickbridge-osrk.polsia.app/go/[code]. You can also create custom link labels in your dashboard to make them more descriptive (e.g., /go/marcus-youtube-tinyhomes).
All links redirect to the manufacturer's listing page on ClickBridge. Each click is recorded regardless of whether the visitor immediately purchases — you get credit for any sale within the cookie window.
Your links carry a 180-day attribution cookie. If someone clicks your link and purchases within 180 days, the sale is credited to you — even if they didn't buy immediately.
This matters a lot in the housing space. Home buyers research for months. The 180-day window means you earn commission even when your audience takes their time deciding.
Attribution uses last-click-wins — if a buyer clicks multiple affiliate links, the last click before purchase gets the credit.
Your link code itself is valid for 365 days from creation. After that, the link stops redirecting and you should generate a new one from your dashboard.
Note: the 365-day link expiration is separate from the 180-day cookie window. A visitor who clicks your link today is attributed to you for 180 days. The link code they used expires after 365 days, but you still get credit for any purchase within that 180-day window.
Your affiliate dashboard shows real-time stats for every link you create:
You can filter by date range, specific links, or individual manufacturers.
A conversion is a completed home purchase — when a buyer clicks your link and then completes a purchase of a Personal Property Home from that manufacturer.
These do not count as conversions:
Only the home structure itself generates a commission. Land, site-built homes, and real property are not tracked or credited.
ClickBridge uses last-click attribution. If a buyer clicks multiple affiliate links before purchasing, the credit goes to whichever link was clicked most recently.
If a buyer clicks Link A on Monday and Link B on Tuesday, then buys on Wednesday — Link B gets the credit. This prevents disputes and keeps the system simple.
ClickBridge runs automated fraud detection on all clicks and conversions. Suspicious activity — like bot clicks, self-referrals, or manipulated attribution — gets flagged and may be dismissed.
Flags are reviewed by the ClickBridge team. If your clicks are flagged in error, you can reach out via the contact block below and we'll investigate. Legitimate affiliate traffic is never penalized.
Each manufacturer sets their own commission rate (shown on their directory listing). When a sale is completed, you earn a percentage of the home structure price.
Free affiliates: earn 85% of the commission set by the manufacturer.
Pro affiliates ($10/mo): earn 95% of the commission. Upgrade to Pro →
Commissions are calculated on the home structure price only — never on land, real estate, or any other component of a transaction.
Once a sale converts and ClickBridge receives confirmation from the manufacturer, the commission is marked as pending. Payouts are processed after the payout cycle closes — typically within a few business days of cycle completion.
You can see pending vs. paid commissions in your dashboard at any time. You'll receive an email notification when a payout is initiated.
Note: A valid W-9 must be on file before any payout can be issued. Submit it from the Tax Info page.
All affiliate payouts are processed via Stripe — money transfers directly to the bank account linked to your Stripe account.
You manage your Stripe connection from your affiliate dashboard. If you don't have a Stripe account, you'll be prompted to connect one before your first payout.
ClickBridge does not pay via PayPal, check, or wire transfer.
Pending commissions can be adjusted or reversed if a sale falls through (e.g., the buyer backs out or the manufacturer cancels the order). Once a payout is issued, the commission is final.
Commissions credited to fraudulent activity will be withheld or reversed. Legitimate sales are never clawed back.
Yes. The FTC requires clear disclosure of financial relationships when promoting affiliate links. When you share a ClickBridge link on any platform — blog, YouTube, social media, email — you must include a disclosure like:
"I may earn a commission if you purchase through this link."
Disclosures must be clear and conspicuous, placed near the link. Vague or hidden disclosures don't satisfy FTC requirements. For a full guide, see How It Works →
No. ClickBridge affiliates promote Personal Property Homes — personal property transactions, not real estate. You act as a referrer, not a real estate agent. You don't negotiate sales, handle contracts, or represent buyers or sellers.
Still, check your local regulations — some jurisdictions have specific rules about referral fees for housing-related promotions.
ClickBridge only tracks Personal Property Homes. Eligible structures include:
Site-built homes, land parcels, and real estate are not tracked and do not generate commissions.
